2. What we collect

• Account: email, name or username, login data (including Google or Facebook sign-in, if you choose it).
• Purchases: plan or product, amount, date, billing details and the payment reference. Card or PayPal credentials are never seen by us.
• Messages: what you send us by email or chat, including custom video briefs.
• Technical data: IP address, device, pages viewed, cookies.

3. Why, and on what legal basis

• To provide your account and what you buy: performance of the contract.
• To meet tax and accounting duties: legal obligation.
• To keep the site secure and prevent fraud: legitimate interest.
• For analytics and marketing emails: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Sensitive information

Using an adult website may reveal information about your sexual life. We do not use this for profiling and we keep it only as needed to provide the service. By signing up, you explicitly consent to this processing.

5. Who receives your data

Some providers are outside the EU. In those cases transfers rely on safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data.

• Wix.com: hosting, accounts, checkout and site statistics.
• PayPal: payment processing.
• Google or Facebook: only if you sign in with them.
• Accountants and authorities, when the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

• Account data: until you delete the account.
• Purchase and tax records: up to 6 years, as required by Spanish tax and commercial law.
• Messages: as long as needed to handle your request.
• Technical logs: for a limited period, for security.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, and object to processing, by writing to missfluo@missfluo.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).

8. Cookies

We use cookies needed for login, checkout and the age confirmation, which do not need consent. Analytics or marketing cookies are used only if you accept them, and you can change your choice at any time from the cookie settings.

9. Minors

This website is not for anyone under 18. If we learn that a minor has created an account, we delete it.
